ZAT has patented its H-Series Robotic RPC Crate Erector. The system uses a 6-axis articulated robot to pick flat crates from the in-feed conveyor, erect them and place them onto your own production conveyor. The system can erect 180 crates (1 full palette) before needing to be reloaded

We have commissioned a duel robot pineapple-labeling system in South East Queensland. The system uses machine vision technology to determine the number of pineapples in the tray. Trays are directed to an available robot for labeling along a conveyor.
