Manually labeling fruit and vegetables is a simple and repetitive task ideal for small SCARA robots. ZAT has developed a scalable robotic fruit and vegetable labeling system that labels directly onto the fruit reducing labour costs. It has an excellent return on investment.

Fruit and Vegetables are presented in a carton or Re-usable Plastic Crates(RPC) crate, imaged by the machine vision system, directed to a robot along a conveyor and labeled ready for paletising.

The system can be configured to dynamically label or label according to a pre-defined pattern depending on your needs.
